My computer repairs company is a small business located in the Kwa-Zulu Natal Province. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality service and repair for our clients’ computers and laptops. We specialize in resolving a variety of issues with computers and laptops, from basic maintenance to complex repairs. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best service and experience possible, so they can feel confident about their computer’s health and use.
I started my own computer repairs company in 2019. I had been working in a Chemical industry for years but on holidays and weekends I’ve been working on my computer repair service/program, I was ready for a change. I wanted to take my services to the next level, and I decided to open my own business. I took some classes, learned the terminology and jargon of the industry, and I've been working hard to build my clientele.
My computer repairs company is expanding rapidly and needs more technicians to keep up with demand. I have a background in computers, so I feel comfortable fixing them. My current customers have been very happy with the quality of work I have provided, and I have been offered several opportunities to work with larger companies. This has given me experience working in a different environment and has given me the opportunity to see other ways of doing things.
My computer repairs company is based in Pietermaritzburg, but we travel all over Kwa-Zulu Natal on areas such as Isipingo, Amanzimtoti, Umbumbulu, Durban and surrounding to provide our customers with the best in-home service possible. We offer a range of services, including common repairs like replacing a laptop or printer ink, and more complex issues, like fixing a broken computer or virus. I have been working as a technician for my company since 2019 and have learned a lot about what our customers need and want. I have A+ and N+ Certificates and I am currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science so that I can keep learning and improving my skills.
